Ai sensi e per gli effetti dell’art. 13 D. Lgs. n. 196/2003 si rende noto quanto segue:
a) I dati personali da Lei volontariamente forniti all’atto di compilazione del modulo di registrazione per la formalizzazione di richieste di informazioni su prodotti, servizi, promozioni marketing, eventi ed iniziative promozionali della società, saranno oggetto di trattamento, anche mediante utilizzo di procedure informatiche e telematiche su Data Base, per le seguenti finalità:
- finalità gestionali, statistiche, commerciali, promozionali, pubblicitarie, relative a prodotti e servizi di OLTREFRONTIERA S.R.L.
b) L’acquisizione dei dati personali ha natura facoltativa; tuttavia un eventuale rifiuto di rispondere o di esprimere il consenso può comportare l’impossibilità per la Società di dar seguito alle richieste dell’utente.
c) I dati personali da Lei forniti potranno essere comunicati e diffusi, per tutte le finalità indicate in precedenza alla lettera a) della presente informativa, anche ad altre società del gruppo di appartenenza di OLTREFRONTIERA S.R.L.
d) I dati personali da Lei forniti potranno essere oggetto di trattamento, per le finalità di cui al punto a) della presente informativa, anche attraverso le seguenti modalità: telefax, telefono, anche senza assistenza di operatore, posta elettronica, ed altri sistemi informatici e/o automatizzati di comuni-cazione.
e) In relazione al suddetto trattamento, il soggetto cui si riferiscono i dati personali ha il diritto in qualunque momento di ottenere la conferma dell’esistenza o meno dei medesimi dati e di conoscerne il contenuto e l’origine, verificarne l’esattezza o chiederne l’integrazione o l’aggiornamento, oppure la rettifica, ai sensi dell’articolo 7 del D. Lgs. n. 196/2003. Ai sensi del medesimo articolo l’interessato ha il diritto di chiedere la cancellazione, la trasformazione in forma anonima o il blocco dei dati che lo riguardano, ancorché pertinenti allo scopo della raccolta o ai fini di invio di materiale pubblicitario o di vendita diretta o per il compimento di ricerche di mercato o di comunicazione commerciale.

g) I dati personali da Lei forniti saranno custoditi presso gli uffici della Società OLTREFRONTIERA S.R.L., locati in Viale Cesare Cattaneo, 30 Città Vighizzolo di Cantù (CO).
h) I dati personali da Lei forniti potranno essere trasferiti all’estero, all’interno dell’Unione Europea, in conformità e nei limiti di cui all’art. 42 del D. Lgs. n. 196/2003. I dati personali potranno essere trasferiti all’estero in paesi extra UE nell’ambito e nei limiti previsti dall’art. 44 lett. b) del D. Lgs. n. 196/2003.
Al riguardo si specifica che OLTREFRONTIERA S.R.L. può operare esclusivamente con soggetti che abbiano aderito ai “Principi di approdo sicuro in materia di riservatezza” (accordo di safe harbor).

Pursuant to, and for all the practical purposes of article 13 D. Lgs. n. 196/2003, we advise you of what follows:
a) The personal data, supplied by of your own free will, when filled in the registration form to formalise the inquiry about products, services, marketing promotions, events and promotional initiatives of the company, will be handled, even by means of information and computer systems on Data Base, for the following purposes:
