On March 7th the Gallery of the Academy of Arts of Sofia becomes the location for one of most longed events in the Bulgarian capital: Lagos opening party. Interiors has been designed to recreate an astonishing set, a green, tropical garden to greet both the arrival of spring and Lagos' entry in the new country. A special guest, the Italian chef Roberto Rossi, patron of the Restaurant Silene (Grosseto, Italy), is going to assemble for this occasion a special menu, declining Italian specialities according to his own gastronomical vision. Even if operating in the country since December, the event represents Lagos' official opening in Bulgaria.
